A new 7BBL Brewhaus, the finest ingredients, some new school know how, and Springfield's Signature Spring Water are producing some exceptional craft brews. Sample our Citrus IPA - flavored exclusively from internationally sourced hops. Try our Toasted Coconut brown ale which uses only fresh organic coconut. Springfield Manor handcrafts wine are approachable & enjoyable by everyone. The full body dry reds are matured to perfection in French Oak casks; the lightly oaked stainless finished Chardonnay is patio perfection. Enjoy the beauty as you sip our gorgeous dry rose. Two semi-dry hybrids, and two semi-sweet native grape varietals round out a beautiful palette with something for all levels of wine connoisseurs.
Warm weather brings assorted frozen Sangrias, including our signature Frose. Fresh fruit Sangrias & hot mulled wine are popular as well.
Springfield Manor received medals in every competition we entered this year. The distillery is proud to bring such recognition to Maryland. Our most distinguished award was the coveted Double Gold & Best Of Class from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for our own Lavender Gin! Only 30 distilleries in the world are awarded this top honor. The Lavender Gin received rave reviews on the San Francisco Spirit Double Gold tour to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, New York, Chicago & Los Vegas..
Springfield Manor uses only corn grown on our 130 acre farm to craft our Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Corn Whiskey, & Caramel Corn Whiskey. Our fruit brandies are crafted exclusively from fruit grown on local orchards. Our Patriot Rum, the top winner of numerous awards also, is crafted exclusively from pure molasses. We recycle or merlot & cab franc grape skins to create a double gold winning grappa.
Visit the distillery for a distillery tour, tasting, cocktail sample - or to purchase a bottle or two. Because we want to share the farm experience with you personally - our distinguished spirits are only available for sale on site at Springfield Manor Winery Distillery & Brewery!
HANDCRAFTED WINES
The Winery-Distillery-Brewery is the perfect spot to host a fun event. We host many Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions, Corporate Functions, Fundraisers and Showers, as well as groups & tours. These events can reserve a private section on our terrace, porch or barn during our normal business hours. Special events can also reserve exclusive private space both during open and non-open hours. Events can be set up with food and spirits provided by the winery/brewery or they can be arranged with our exclusive caterer, their bartender, and the client providing any alcohol. In order that we can provide customers the best service - group tours & tastings of more than 8 guests require advance reservations.
